What we collect
When you create an account: your name, email, and a securely hashed password (we never store your actual password in readable form). When you place an order: your phone number, delivery address, and delivery state, so we can reach you and deliver your order. We also keep a record of what you order and when.
Site activity
We log basic, anonymous browsing activity (which pages are viewed, whether a device is "active" on the site right now) to understand how the shop is used and to show live visitor counts. This isn't tied to your name or account unless you're signed in and placing an order.
How we use it
Strictly to run the store: confirming and delivering your orders, contacting you about an order (usually via WhatsApp), maintaining your account and saved items, and improving which products we stock based on what's popular.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. Your delivery details are shared only with the courier delivering your specific order, for the purpose of that delivery.
Cookies & local storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart and a session identifier so you don't have to sign in on every visit. We don't use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by reaching out on WhatsApp. Order records tied to a completed transaction may be retained where we're required to for accounting purposes.
