1. Who we are
Bidshere ("we", "us") is an online store based in Lagos, Nigeria. Every product listed is sourced and stocked by Bidshere directly — we don't host third-party sellers.
2. Placing an order
When you check out, you're submitting a request to purchase — it's confirmed once we reach out (usually on WhatsApp) to verify your order and delivery details. Prices and availability can change without notice until an order is confirmed.
3. Payment
All orders are pay-on-delivery. We do not charge any card or account online. Payment is due in full to the courier at the point of delivery, in the currency and method agreed when your order is confirmed.
4. The Lagos 3-hour delivery guarantee
Orders delivered within Lagos state carry a 3-hour delivery promise from the time the order is confirmed. If delivery takes longer than 3 hours for reasons within our control, you'll receive a ₦3,000 credit. The guarantee does not apply outside Lagos state, and does not cover delays caused by incorrect delivery details, being unreachable at the delivery address, or events outside our reasonable control (e.g. severe weather, road closures, civil disruption).
5. Free delivery threshold
Orders of ₦25,000 or more (subtotal, before any delivery fee) ship free. Orders below that threshold carry a ₦1,500 delivery fee, payable along with the order total on delivery.
6. Returns & issues
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photos where possible, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Bidshere after a change means you accept the updated terms.
